LifeQuest provides on-site training to our Clients on documentation as well as medical necessity and reasonableness issues at no charge. We consider training an extremely important service and our trainers are available for as long as necessary to ensure that all areas of proper run documentation are covered. Training is provided by EMS/Fire-trained professionals with extensive field experience and is extremely thorough. The importance of obtaining signatures, FIN/Face Sheets from the hospital, PCS forms, Waivers, and ABN forms is stressed in these training sessions. Proper run documentation from a reimbursement perspective is also covered.

The training LifeQuest provides to our Clients has been extremely successful in increasing the thoroughness and completeness of their run documentation. We do not provide a maximum number of hours for training as we firmly believe that our Clients’ training needs are our concern.
Web-based training is available to our Clients to provide video documentation of our medical necessity training, including individual sessions on all forms that are pertinent to the EMS industry. Our website can be accessed to view this training at any time, 7 days per week/24 hours per day, from any web connection allowing a department to provide timely updates on specific issues as they relate to reimbursement and EMS in general.
