If during a CMS Medicare Audit it is determined that LifeQuest incorrectly submitted claims for reimbursement that caused recoupment or reimbursement to the Medicare program, LifeQuest will reimburse you for penalties or interest up to $10,000.

If by the end of the first year LifeQuest does not meet this guarantee, we will give you the option of terminating your contract with us with 180 days notice. In addition, we will refund the first two months of our fees provided you follow all of our recommendations.
