Gerald W. Miller
President/CEO
Jerry is the founder and owner of LifeQuest and LifeQuest Technologies. Jerry has over 27 years of emergency services experience as a nationally registered EMT-Paramedic, Firefighter I, Hazmat Tech, and EMS instructor. Jerry also held positions as Emergency Management Director, 911 Coordinator, Hazmat Coordinator, and EMS Director for a county-wide system.
Jerry currently serves on numerous local and state boards and committees involving EMS related issues. He is a well-known public speaker on emergency services topics, public awareness, education, and preparedness.
Patti Miller
Corporate Vice President
Patti is a registered nurse as well as EMT-Intermediate Technician. Patti has worked as a public health nurse in addition to working in several units within the hospital, including medical surgical, intensive care, and the emergency department. Patti has also worked with the Waushara County EMS since 1979 utilizing her skills as an EMT and a nurse on emergency, non-emergency, and critical care transports.
Chip Kramer
Director of External Operations
Chip has been involved with Fire and EMS for over 28 years. He is an EMT-Paramedic and Firefighter II. Chip was a flight Paramedic and marketing coordinator for seven years at a university based medical center. He also held the positions of Operations Manager and General Manager for two ambulance service providers. Chip is currently a Captain and training officer for a local fire department.
Suzanne Glisczinski
Vice President Systems Development
Sue is responsible for managing all daily operations of departmental Managers including billing and collections. Sue oversees the companies CQI program along with the development and implementation of company training. Prior to joining our company, Sue served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Solutions Management within the banking industry for 15 years.
Pamela Gustin
Information Technology Manager
Pamela has been with LifeQuest for over 12 years and has been involved with EMS and Fire for over 16 years. She is a nationally registered EMT-Intermediate/99 and a Firefighter II. Pamela currently serves on a local fire department and ambulance service in various roles, including training officer, safety officer, and dispatch coordinator.
Benjamin Stroemer
Billing Manager
Ben is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay where he majored in Business, Public Administration and Political Science. Ben served as a Regional Manager for a major insurance company for 11 years before joining the LifeQuest staff.
Kevin Percival
Collections Manager
As Collections Manager, Kevin reviews calls within the department to ensure compliance with laws, compliance with our Clients’ wishes and that all communications are fair, courteous, and helpful. Kevin comes to LifeQuest with over 16 years in collection management experience assuring that we are compliant with all federal and state laws and regulations as they relate to collection practices.
Rick Kraemer
Client Business Specialist
Rick has been involved in EMS and Fire for over 19 years. Rick attended Southern Illinois University specializing in Business Administration. He joined our staff coming from the Libertyville, Illinois area where he served as a paid on call EMT-Paramedic and Certified Firefighter II. Rick has training in hazmat and trench rescue and teaches classes in EMS and fire electronic field reporting for our company.
Shannon Schwersenska
Client Business Specialist
Shannon has a wide range of law enforcement experience. During his 15 years in law enforcement, he has held positions as a Sergeant, Deputy Sheriff, Investigator, and Community Service Officer. He also has extensive training in Fire and Rescue as well as Incident Command Administration. Shannon has a strong background in procedural analysis, administration, and emergency services management.
